How do I book B+P for florals?
Once you fill out the contact form on the bottom of the florals tab on our website we will be in touch to set up a virtual consultation. As much as you will be interviewing us, we will be interviewing you to make sure we are the best fit for your big day! If it feels as though we are mutually a good match, we will get to work creating a personal proposal with estimated total costs for your wedding flowers. If everything looks good to go a non-refundable 30% retainer and a signed contract will reserve your date!
When should I book B+P for florals?
We only take a limited number of floral-only weddings per year so we highly suggest you contact us once a venue has been secured, as floral elements are crucial in venue design and overall aesthetics! Typically, bookings happen 9 months to a year before your wedding date.
What happens after I book B+P for florals?
Once the non-refundable retainer is paid and contract is signed, we will schedule a virtual meeting (or an in-person meeting if local to Kitsap County) to discuss styles and flower specifics 3-6 months before your wedding. Only one meeting is included in your floral package unless mutually agreed upon in the contract and dependent on wedding details and complicated logistics.
How many weddings do you book in a weekend?
We typically book 1 floral event per weekend so space is limited in wedding heavy months!
Are local and seasonal flowers available?
Absolutely! We work very closely with local floral wholesalers who get most of their product from Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. If you have a specific flower type or color it may be more difficult to source locally and we may have to look internationally!
I know my style but not any specific flower names, is that ok?
You don’t even have to know the difference between a stem and a flower petal to work with us! We will walk you through the entire process to ensure that your wedding flowers reflect your personal style!
I have a budget of __________, will that get me what I am looking for?
This heavily depends on the amount of floral details/elements included in your wedding day, specific flower types, and time of year!
Will you travel for an on-site consultation?
We will ABSOLUTELY meet you onsite at your venue to conduct a consultation, however there is a charge that includes travel expenses and travel time. The average rate is $200!
